Shipping policy
Although all items are rolled out and inspected prior to shipping, if you do receive goods containing defects, please ensure you call our head office (61 3 9882 2477) to report the issue within 48hrs and ensure the item/s are returned within 7 days of the purchase date. Items received outside of the 7-day return window will not be eligible for a replacement with freighting of the item/s being the customer's cost. This return time frame applies to rugs being returned and refunded as well as exchanges and store credits.
